One of the most remarkable and innovative aspects of this project is the use of hybrid buses equipped with technologies far more advanced than traditional electric buses. The buses in this project are fitted with magnetic Tesla generators that are self-charging, require minimal external energy, and use diesel only in extreme situations. These generators harness the kinetic energy and magnetic field generated during the bus’s movement to produce electricity, which is delivered directly to the motors. As a result, the buses operate almost entirely on free energy.
Preliminary studies conducted with kaltnenergy.pl have successfully demonstrated that these generators can continuously and reliably power the bus motors. Consequently, fuel costs are virtually eliminated, while maintenance and operational expenses are minimized. However, our project is not a direct copy; it has been adapted to the dynamics and technological innovations of the Balkans, and has advanced even further in areas such as energy production and management, the scope of the digital platform, and social inclusivity.

Operational Structure and Management ModelCentralized Management and Digital Platform
All bus lines, schedules, maintenance, and energy management will be managed centrally from the “Balkan Transport Center” to be established in Kosovo. This center is designed to ensure operational efficiency and transparency. Users will be able to purchase tickets, view routes, and access customer services through a multilingual mobile application and web platform. The digital platform will offer real-time bus tracking, energy consumption reports, and special campaigns for social groups.
Intercountry Integration and Facilities
To facilitate visa-free and fast passage between the former Yugoslav countries, special bus corridors will be created at border points, and digital identity integration will be implemented. All bus companies from different countries will be connected to the central system, and all operations will be managed under a single roof.
Social Inclusivity and Accessibility
The project aims to increase social equality and access to opportunities by offering free or very low-cost travel for students, children, and the elderly. Thus, transportation will be a right for everyone, not a privilege.
